We would like to draw your attention to the possibility of registering and enjoying JEMS2025 online at the very reasonable fee of €300. Of course, it is still possible to register for onsite participation, which includes on-demand access to catch up on talks or sessions that you couldn’t attend.

Dear Colleagues,

There is still time to register for JEMS 2025 in Frankfurt! The deadline for regular registration is 31 July 2025. Our aim is to make JEMS 2025 a sustainable event, and the central location of Frankfurt should enable many attendees to travel by train. To facilitate easy movement around Frankfurt, we will provide all on-site attendees with free public transport tickets. In the true spirit of EMA, we want to make JEMS 2025 diverse and inclusive for all. To this end, we are offering online access for those who cannot travel for budgetary reasons or due to travel restrictions. While we look forward to welcoming many of you in person, we are also pleased to offer a fully hybrid conference experience.

The JEMS 2025 platform offers a flexible and interactive experience:

  • Livestream all sessions and join real-time discussions.

  • Watch presentations on demand at your convenience; they will be available for up to two weeks after the event.

  • Plan your personal schedule and engage with speakers by posting questions live or afterwards.

The JEMS 2025 is designed to foster fruitful interaction among all participants:

  • Connect with participants via the conference platform or in person.

  • Visit the digital poster exhibition from anywhere and contact authors.

  • On-site attendees can enjoy the classic poster session as well as access digital posters.

  • Visit exhibitor booths at the conference venue in person.

We encourage all participants to register via the JEMS2025 website: https://jems2025.eu/registration/tickets

We look forward to your participation.

Best regards,
Oliver Gutfleisch
JEMS2025 Conference Chair
