Young EMA

The Young Working Group of the European Magnetic Association (EMA) wishes to strengthen the relations with the younger and early career members of our community and foster more interactions between them. The goals are to nurture the young community to make it an active part of EMA, by creating networking opportunities and a space for fruitful discussions.

Our work is in line with the EMA 2023 survey findings, which highlighted the need for a place for young researchers within the magnetism community. To make this initiative as successful as possible, a collaborative approach is required and employed, through working closely together with the other EMA officers and members of the community.

The working group is focused on fostering the young EMA community both in-person and online, by implementing actions, including:
