Description of the offer :

The three-year position, starting on November 1st, 2025, is sponsored by the Tech Europe Foundation (TEF). It will be awarded to a candidate with outstanding qualifications, such as an excellent academic record and a demonstrated interest or experience (e.g., during the Master’s thesis) in #spintronics, #nanoelectronics, or related #research. The net salary is €1800/month. The project aims to increase the energy efficiency and speed of state-of-the-art transistors by leveraging non-volatile ferroic materials, with a view to advanced applications such as neuromorphic computing and memory-in-logic devices. The PhD student will also benefit from mentorship by TEF, with specific attention to intellectual property aspects.
