Nominations for Olivier Kahn International Award are open! The award (Olivier Kahn Medal + 5000€) will be given to young talented scientists working in Europe in the field of Molecular Magnetism and closely related disciplines. Deadline: June 1st 2017.
Olivier Kahn was a pioneer in Molecular Magnetism, brilliant scientist and teacher, deeply concerned by the promotion of talented young scientists. In 2006 the Magmanet European Network of Excellence decided to create a prestigious Award bearing his name: the Olivier Kahn International Award. At the finishing of Magmanet Network, the European Institute of Molecular Magnetism (EIMM) has continued sponsoring the award.
The 2017 Award will be presented at the occasion of the VII European Conference on Molecular Magnetism, ECMM 2017, meeting to be held on August 27th - 31st 2017 in Bucharest, Romania. The laureate will present an invited lecture in this occasion.
