The call is open for the 2025 Young Scientist Award of the European Magnetism Association. Nominations should be sent by January 31, 2025.
Launched in 2019 by the European Magnetism Association (EMA), the Young Scientist Award is awarded annually to a young scientist for theoretical or experimental work, mainly carried out in Europe, in the fields of fundamental or applied magnetism.
The call for the 2025 Young Scientist Award is now open. We would like to invite you to participate. Please send your nominations by January 31, 2025, to the EMA Awards Officer (Jeffrey McCord) at jmc@tf.uni-kiel.de and to the EMA President (Olivier Fruchart) at olivier.fruchart@cea.fr.

The award consists of a certificate, a medal, a monetary award of €2,000, an invitation to deliver a plenary talk at the JEMS 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany, and to attend the award ceremony, as well as a travel allowance of €500 to this purpose. We offer to give an online EMA Plenary talk in 2025 if the awardee has not yet given an EMA talk.
