The SpinTronicFactory 2023 workshop will be held in Paris, on the 18th of November.
The SpinTronicFactory (STF) is a European network founded in 2016, with the mission to promote research and innovation in Europe based on spintronics. Its 2023 workshop will be held in Paris, on the 18th of November. The presentation of the five funded projects at the call HORIZON-CL4-2021-DIGITAL-EMERGING-01-14: “Advanced spintronics: Unleashing spin in the next generation ICs” will be made by the coordinators in the morning. During/after lunch, a specific session will be devoted to one-to-one discussion among all participants in order to identify opportunities for collaboration among existing projects (joint workshops, common actions towards industrial partners and/or foundries, point of contact of their activities, etc.). In the last session of the day, discussions about the short & long-term perspectives of the spintronic community in Europe and beyond, the opportunities related to the EU Chip Act, and the next steps that STF would like to launch in the next 2 to 7 years will be held.
