Yearly income : ca 25.000 Euro gross salary
There is one opening for an early stage researcher (PhD grant) at the Photoemission electron microscope (PEEM) of the ALBA Synchrotron close to Barcelona. It involves working with state of the art instrumentation on magnetization dynamics in a lively, multicultural research environment. The PhD project is to be executed in collaboration with Dr Ferran Macià from the University of Barcelona and Institut de Ciència de Materials de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC). It is co-funded by the European Union (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Cofund) and the ALBA Synchrotron and open to individuals who have lived outside Spain at least two of the last three years and are prepared to start a PhD thesis in spring or autumn 2019, More details can be found at https://projects.icmab.es/docfam/about-doc-fam#availableprojectscall01 (scroll down to "GHz magnetization dynamics in XPEEM").
