Theoretical and numerical analyses on synchronization (self-synchronization, mutual synchronization, and/or injection locking) of spin torque oscillators consisting of magnetic tunnel junctions and/or current-in-plane structures.
About the position
Salary: Petermined by AIST's regulation (from 2,200 JPY).
Working hours: Five days/week, 7 hours 45 minutes/day.
Employment: Until March 31st, 2018. The period can be extended until March 31st, 2019, depending on the performance. Paid leave, including national holidays, is provided, according to AIST's regulation. Social insurance is also provided.
Within seven years after obtaining Ph.D. degree. Experiences on theoretical and/or numerical analyses on spintronics (magnetization dynamics etc.) are preferable.
